Live animals may only be taken along if the owner has booked a separate compartment for himself and his companion(s).

For compliance with any official requirements (especially veterinary Conditions in the cross-border transport of animals) is the responsibility of the traveler.

When entering the EU with pets, the rabies titer determination and a valid pet passport must be carried along, in which the valid rabies vaccination and also the serological rabies test are entered.

Important: The animal must not be younger than three (3) months. Only dogs and cats are allowed. Birds and ferrets are not permitted.

Travel with a trailer

If your car has a trailer, it depends on which of these two is higher when booking. Accordingly, you must book space for 2 cars in the same height category

PASSENGER COACHES

Our passenger coaches are all second class waggons. Every coach has 10 compartments which are all conveniently equipped. During the day, the compartments offer 6 seats and in the night 6 couchette beds.

SLEEPING CAR

The sleeping cars in the Optima Express trains are 1st class passenger cars with sleeping beds and air conditioning.

These sleeping cars are equipped with 10 compartments.

RESTAURANT WAGON

In our restaurant wagon, you can order hot or cold drinks as well as small snacks. Also, here you may consume any food/drinks you have brought with you on the train.

CAR WAGON

Why should you drive all day and all night long? Our train will bring you and your car safely back to Turkey.

It is important that we face up to our responsibility and make it our concern to use the planet's resources sensibly.
